Heritage Building Restoration

A landmark restoration of a heritage commercial building on the Lower Gibsons waterfront. 80% of the original structure was retained and restored, preserving the building's historic character while bringing it fully up to code. The white nautical aesthetic was maintained to honour the visual identity of the Lower Gibsons harbour district. Sold in 2020.
